Dendraeor - Monster Concept

This creature was a concept I first came up with back in 2021 - undead deer that were mutated by plants into strange not-deer creatures. They're a type of monster called "the reclaimed," referring to how plant life has taken over their bodies. My goal was to make it feel unnerving to look at while reflecting that concept, rather than outright terrifying like how most body horror tends to be. Dendraeor, along with church crawlers and frost wraiths, are creatures I designed for my homebrew D&D setting called Reclaimed.
