Monarch Cedric and Owldragon

Monarch Cedric is the ruler of a massive northern monarchy loosely based on old norse settlements. Despite its viking influence, this nation venerates knowledge, and espeically knowledge of history, specifically due to Cedric's initiatives in setting up the world's first university. They have an owldragon companion named Månsken (moonlight) who they spoil rotten, almost as much as their daughter. I designed them for my homebrew D&D setting called Reclaimed.
