Monster Spot Illustrations

The monster designs and page layouts for Reclaimed were designed to visually match DND sourcebooks, specifically the 2014 Monster Manual. They were visually and mechanically designed by me. I wanted them to both visually and mechanically fit into Ardea, so coming up with some lore was a must as well - each part of the project inmformed the others. For example, the Church Crawler's centipede-like legs caused me to give it the Spider Climb ability, and the Frost Wraiths' vulnerability to fire gives it the potential for interesting interactions when coupled with it being wamrth-starved.
